The academic board is chaired by the AIBF Executive Director and convenes meetings quarterly or when required.
The board has the following duties and responsibilities:
- Academic Strategy: Considering and advising AIBF on planning, coordination, development, oversight, and resourcing of all the academic work of AIBF, developing relationships and MOUs with partner education institutions;
- Teacher Development: Developing regulations and systems to review teachers, trainers, and schemes of teaching/studying in AIBF;
- Student Experience: Developing regulations to define admission criteria for AIBF students:
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing and improving the quality of the AIBF courses and programs including matters related to validation and accreditation by external institutions through a proper evaluation mechanism.
