Operation and Administrative Services

Operation and administrative support are provided by Da Afghanistan Bank and the department comprises of Finance, Admin, Procurement, Human Resources, and Information Technology sections and is responsible for overall supporting and operational activities of the institute.

The following activities are mainly focused on:

  • Finance: Managing, supervising, and controlling the finance and accounting activities.
  • HR: Managing and supervising human resources activities including but not limited to recruiting, training, appraisal, and attendance.
  • IT: Designing, developing, supporting, and managing computer software, computer hardware as well as information networks, including the web.
  • Procurement: Developing procurement plan and managing and processing recruiting goods and services within the threshold.
  • Admin and Services: Cleaning and servicing the offices and classes and staff members and students and trainers.
