Mr. Lutfulhaq Noor Paserly is dynamic, and result oriented economic development professional and has very rich experience of over 10 years in the areas of Corporate Governance, Internal Control and Financial sector covering, Branch Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit at managerial level. He started his career with Central Bank of Afghanistan (DAB).

Mr. Paserly Received Master degree in Public Administration from Pyam-e-Noor University, Bachelor degree in Economics from Kabul University, Diploma in Business Administration from Afghanistan Relief Institute Organized by US Embassy in Kabul and Certificate in Information Technology from Kabul University.

Mr. Zia Ul Haq Waziri has a professional background in Banking & Finance for over 7 years. He has obtained his bachelor degree in Commerce from University of Peshawar, Pakistan, MBA from VU Pakistan and pursuing MS (Finance) currently. He worked with Ifahja Consulting Group as Risk Manager and then joined with Maiwand Bank, Kabul- Afghanistan as in charge Risk Management for four years. Responsibilities included identification, measurement, monitoring, reporting and controlling of credit, market, operational, liquidity, social and other risks. Responsible for implementation of integrated risk management framework within the bank including setting of risk appetite, tolerance limits assessment of pillar I and pillar II risks under Basel II, ensuring adequacy of capital as per DAB guidelines. Review and assessment of credit risk on transaction as well as portfolio basis. Also responsible for setting, back testing, and periodic review of risk rating models. He is having extensive experience in managing risks in key domains of bank headquarter such as, Credit, Operational, Compliance, Market, IT, Audit, HR and other important units including branches. In addition to all he was part time engaged in trainings at AELC, FLI- and AIBF before joining it as full time.

Mr. Reshad Bakhtari received a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Piam-Noor Iran University, Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Kabul university of Afghanistan, one year scientific research program from NCPR (National Center Policy Research) and one year diploma in Business Management from AIBM (Afghanistan Institute Business Management).

Mr. Ahmad Shukran Sozan IT Manager

Mr. Ahmad Shukran Sozan has been a professional in Network, Cyber Security, and Web design for over 5 years with prior to joining AIBF; he was serving an IT officer at Almobashir Logistic. Throughout his career Ahmad Shukran has worked with a number of government and non-government organizations such as, Ministry of interior (NTECH), Almubashir Logestics, Tolo TV, and Watan Furniture Construction.

Mr. Ahmad Shukran received his Bachelor in Computer Science (BCs) with special concentration on Information Technology from Kabul University on 2013. He received his international online certificates from Cisco in CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional).

Moreover, Mr. Ahmad Shukran enrolled at the Indian School of Business and Management MBA program, with dual specialization in Information Technology and E-Commerce.

In addition, Mr. Ahmad Shukran has attended more than 5 trainings and seminars on variety of topics like Cyber Security, Linux Administrations, Web Designing, Soft Skill, System Administration, Microsoft technologies, Information Systems and Cisco inside the country.

Mr. Sailab Sahak has done BBA in India, Mr. Sahak has also done diploma program in United Nations studies in India with having certificates in communication skills, sales & marketing and business development.

Mr. Sahak has attended different seminars and workshops in India and received certificate in sales and marketing in Afghanistan

Mr. Sahak started his career with AWCC as sales executive later on promoted as a sales executive team leader.

In 2015 Mr. Sahak joined Ghazanfar bank as business development officer and served almost for one year with Ghazanfar Bank.

Mr. Sahak is currently working with AIBF as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager.

Mr. Paserly attained the following training's during his professional life:

Prior to joining AIBF, he has worked for the following positions:

Head of Admin & HR, at AIBF; He joined AIBF in January 2016. Prior to joining AIBF, MR. Reshad Bakhtari served as regional Paktia Director of MoCI, from 2012 up to Jan 2016 and M&E Coordinator of ASMED/DAI/USAID from Dec 2009 through July 2012.

Mr. Bakhtari worked part time as Researcher of NCPR in economics and agriculture fields from June 2008 up to July 2009.

Mr. Bakhtari was also lecturer in Economic fields in official time and part time from 2013 up to Dec 2015.

Mr.Reshad Bakhtari has gained significant experience in Administration, Human Resouce, Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Research, Commerce, and Industries. His background provides with broad expertise in research, Administration, Monitoring & and operational issues.
